We accept order cancellations before products are shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has been shipped out.
Returns (if any)
We accept product returns. The customer has the right to submit returns within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for returns, your items must not be used and in the same conditions that you received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the factory.
